While studying for my degree in Finance at California State University at Northridge, I was shocked when my professor started talking about Tulips in the 16th and 17th century. It was an amazing story. Why would anyone pay so much for Tulips? But this question can be asked of any product when a mania hits. With any mania you never want to be the last to buy or The Greatest Fool.
